Volunteering / Application Process
We are grateful for all our volunteers! If you are interested in volunteering, please visit our district website to apply online. The application process may take several days, and you will be contacted when your approval is complete. Current D20 employees, substitute teachers and former D20 teachers are required to complete the same process. Once approved, you will be able to sign up for volunteer opportunities we advertise in our emails/communications.
Volunteer Application Tips for VMS:
If you are registered to be a volunteer, visit the Raptor Volunteer Portal and login.
Volunteer Site: VMS is under Administration-Center for Modern Learning. If you are already an approved D20 volunteer but need to be added to the VMS list, contact betsy.burden@asd20.org.
Volunteer Type: Unless you are a D20 staff member, you will either select ‘Legal Guardian - Non-Overnight’ (if you are a parent of a VMS student) or ‘Non-Guardian’ (all others).
Email Address: Individuals that have used their email address to sign up for Volunteer Raptor accounts in another district will need a different email address to apply in D20. Spouses will need separate email address to apply to be a volunteer. If you don’t have access to a second email address, contact betsy.burden@asd20.org.
